Hello. Alright, so. I bought this laptop about 2 weeks ago. Had no issues everything was great, loved it. Until... One week later, the computer just didnt wont to charge. Well, then it just shut down and i wasnt able to restart it. Now its completly dead and ive called support, they told me to hold down power button for 20 sec, nothing happened so she told me it has to be sent for repair.... This is so frustrating... So, just saying, never gonna buy a asus computer again. I rather smash it to the ground than paying for some repair. Next time, make sure it works before selling the ****. Thanks.
