I would just buy a cheap headset for the audio communication, and spend 100 dollars on a moderate surround sound setup.

Well, I have a very high-end Surround system from Pioneer that is nearly 25 years old, but it was extremely expensive, and was was ahead of its time! Now it has been passed-down to me, and still, to this day is a great piece of equipment. So, I use that as my Surround system, and I use a Razer Chimaera Headset, which is epic (only 85 Euro.) I was going to buy an ROG headset, but I just went for the Chimaera. The quality is excellent, the fact it sits on a dock is awesome, the sound quality is great, and it is perfectly compatible on your XBOX if you have one, which I don't

    Totally recommend it.

I just use my old Razer Carcharias, but they do the job for me, so haven't felt the need to update them.
