Welcome to the ROG forums, zetta22.

What is your budget for your build? Where do you live and where are you shopping for your parts?

Is that CPU a notebook or laptop CPU?

If you are not going to overclock just get any ASUS board that has the features you want, LAN, SATA and PCie slots. All will do the job.

You might want to research to make sure the motherboard and cpu are the same socket type before you just go ahead and buy it as you will find that it just wont work... You cant just put any cpu and motherboard together as they are specifically designed to work with their matching socket type.

e.g. 2011 socket motherboards - ASUS Rampage IV Gene/Formula/Extreme is 3rd gen i7 processors 3930K/3820 etc.
1150 socket motherboards - ASUS Maximus VI Impact/Hero/Gene/Formula/Extreme is 4th gen i7 processors 4770K/4670K etc.

Usually from what I have seen, depending on the form factor of your case and build, ASUS Formula boards for each socket type provide the best features overall for gaming...

Also I would steer clear of Corsair Vengeance memory all together and maybe look at either Ripjaw-Z or Corsair Dominator memory as Vengeance just really isn't good quality memory...
Chassis Corsair 900D|MB Rampage IV Formula|CPU i7 3930K @ 4.8GHz
RAM Corsair DominatorGT 16GB 2133MHz C9|GPU 2x ROG Matrix 7970-P in X-Fire @ 1180MHz
PSU Corsair AX1200i|SSD 2x Samsung 840 Pro 256GB|HDD 2x 4TB WD Caviar BLACK
Monitoring Corsair Link|Cooling Custom Loop EKWB/AlphaCool/XSPC/Bitspower
Monitors 3x ASUS 24" VE248H (6036x1080)

Vengeance ram has had some issues with the LGA 2011 socket and none with the 1156 or 1155 so I would not worry to much about Vengeance memory in this instnace.
