You might want to research to make sure the motherboard and cpu are the same socket type before you just go ahead and buy it as you will find that it just wont work... You cant just put any cpu and motherboard together as they are specifically designed to work with their matching socket type.
e.g. 2011 socket motherboards - ASUS Rampage IV Gene/Formula/Extreme is 3rd gen i7 processors 3930K/3820 etc.
1150 socket motherboards - ASUS Maximus VI Impact/Hero/Gene/Formula/Extreme is 4th gen i7 processors 4770K/4670K etc.
Usually from what I have seen, depending on the form factor of your case and build, ASUS Formula boards for each socket type provide the best features overall for gaming...
Also I would steer clear of Corsair Vengeance memory all together and maybe look at either Ripjaw-Z or Corsair Dominator memory as Vengeance just really isn't good quality memory...
