USB Mouse Issues

Whenever I lift my mouse up off of the mouse pad the computer seems to disconnect it so when I set it back down it takes a few seconds to turn it back on.

I have the latest drivers for my mouse and when I talked to their customer service they told my it was my computer and not the mouse.

Can someone please help me fix this really annoying problem? 😞

i really don;t what do you mean your problem? could you post photo or video how to duplicate?

okay so move your mosue to the left... it goes into your computer now if you want to move it to the left more what do you do.... you lift your mouse up put it to the right then move it more to the left......................

Of course they did. :cool:

If you move the mouse further away from the USB dongle, but don't elevate it, does it lose its connection still? It sounds like a transmission problem.

Also, how old are the batteries (or the battery)?

We customize Asus, MSI, and Clevo laptops!
