Check:

1) Wake on LAN disabled in LAN driver properties.
2) Wake timers disabled in control panel advanced power options.

yes I tried no help 😞 still random wake up, on log says wake source unknown.

Is this a fresh install of OS? If so unplug as many devices as you can from the board and see what happens.

yes, something wrong with first usb 2.0 port if I connect any device to this port sleep not working at all reboot only I never have similar problem with my old z77 deluxe board strange. This motherboard faulty? Thanks

I don't think the board is faulty. Likely a driver issue or the plugged in device (driver or power issue). Maybe list all of the components you have plugged into the board, then contact ASUS Support UK to deal with the case. Just RMAing the board for another is not the best course of action without performing all debugging and laying out all parts and config. In most cases, these types of situation are can be caused by a number of things; user-config of OS (power control section and WOL especially), OS install from older chipset (some people are not honest about this one), drivers and finally a UEFI issue (the latter is rarer than the other causes though).

Try ASUS UK service or try contacting them via their FB page:

How about some more details? What debugging steps have you taken? Is it a fresh OS install? Have you disabled wake on LAN?
Coming into a thread and just saying same problem does not tell anyone much.

I haven't touched the LAN software yet, but I had fresh install, twice. The problem still occurs every now and then. I might try to figure out the LAN and see what'll happen.
