G73jh Sound only coming out o subwoofer

I recently reinstalled windows 7, and today I started playing music and I noticed the only sound is coming from my subwoofers. I read other threads but their problem was that they had 2 speakers in their sound devices but I only have one. My audio drivers are up to date too. I hate using my earbuds all the time when listening to music or playing games. Help greatly appreciated

Uninstall the drivers, reboot, and install them again. If needed, use Driver Sweeper before installing.

I just uninstalled my realtek drivers,restarted,ran driver sweeper, restarted, and re-installed my realtek drivers but i still have the problem ):
