CSM boot issues

Laminate
Level 7
I was unable to use CSM previously as my VGA card did not have compatible BIOS. This morning I flashed new vendor BIOS but now I have a new problem!

On disabling CSM I get:

BIOS setting do not fully support the boot device. Click OK to enter the BIOS Setup. Press [F1] to enter the BIOS setup.

Go to Advanced > Boot > CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM (Compatibility Support Module) settings to enable the boot device.

I have two Samsung 830 SSDs in RAID 0. Only way I can get machine to boot is enabling CSM again, but I really want CSM fully disabled for fastest boot time. I have the latest 0711 BIOS on Hero mobo.

You will need to reinstall the operating system with CSM disabled.

Thanks for that advice. How do I install Windows once CSM is disabled? All boot options disappear. This guide:

http://rog.asus.com/220572013/rampage-motherboards/rampage-iv-uefi-boot-installation-guide-on-window...

is outdated and I don't have any boot options under CSM and Secure Boot.

EDIT: Nevermind, USB wasn't formatted correctly to be picked up as UEFI bootable.
