[Help] RIVE with unknown S/N

hI guys,

Received my second RIVE board today. Last four digits on the S/N sticker shows 4102, I guess that's bios version, that implies this board is manufactured later than May 2013.
When I try to use AI suites to read out the S/N and verify if it matches the S/N sticker. AI suites give me 'MB-1234567890'.
Any one encounter this problem before?

Use Aida64 to find the Serial.
In Aida go to Computer > DMI > Motherboard
below you will see the serial number, revision and some other information

Have fun 😉

Tried, give same reading 'MB-1234567890', could you upload yours?
It's bizarre, AI Suites can read correct S/N from my first RIVE, which matches the S/N sticker.

do you have ai suites installed, i think the problem is more strange. Could you upload the s/n read by ai suites?
S/n of my last rive board seen from ai suites is a serial of numbers, not letters, only numbers.
When did you buy your rive?

ARE YOU STILL ABLE TO FIND THE ORIGINAL BOX OF YOUR ONE-YEAR OLD R4E? THE s/n IS ALSO ON THAT BOX.

I still have all my packaging and invoice.
They are stored dry in the basement.
Now I have no desire to go to the basement.
On the packaging of course is the same number.
For me, this is now the end also, you get your information.

I dont believe that bogsha's Aida 64 information is the correct serial number as i use the previous edition of it and it also displays a serial number there, which is not the same as the board serial number you need to register it with.
You should find the serial number on the back of the board, and if it's the same as mine also located on the overclock key
