is it a good fan for modding?

hi there,
at first i wonder if i post in the right place!
but, is this fan kind of good to use for modding the cases?
i have two problem here!
at first, can i remove the blade for paint job and so?
and at last, can this one give me a good performance by the budget?

and coz in my country there isn't any wide choice, what fan except this one would you suggest me?

I don't think you can remove the fan as in it's blades... to succed you'll have to destroy the fan. From my perspective modding doesn't have to do with which parts you have, but it 's what you make of those parts. It's all about imagination m8 😉

See if the CoolerMaster Excaliburs are available in your country. The fins for those are removable and they come in black.

yeap,and i just wanted to do some paint job! in that case i need to remove the blade,but its not a problem! i can do sth else instead 😛

and there is a problem with me and my modding! coz i have the idea,but not tools and the absolute money!
here,everything is damn expensive! if i could,i done my best here!
