GPU Info CCC vs GPUTweak

My GPU Clock (MHz) shows 1100 in GPUTweak & CCC; my Memory Clock (MHz) shows 6600, in GPUTweak and 1650 in CCC. The GPU-Z component of GPUTweak is also showing Memory at 1650 adding to my confusion.

I remember reading something about a lock/limit in CCC. I am not going to touch anything until you guys can enlighten me.

1650MHz is the real memory clock frequency. Since GDDR5 is QDR (Quad Data Rate), if you multiply the real memory clock frequency by 4, in this case 1650MHz by 4, you'd get 6600MHz which is the effective clock.

I love it when the numbers add up. THX Chino!
