I really like the motherboard, has 12 SATA ports and more USB3 ports than you can shake a stick at.
With the CPU determining the OC these days and pretty much every thing controlled by the CPU except sound the Deluxe is a good looking addition to the range, just for the SATA ports and looks alone. To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

Just finished putting mine together:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/b/GqL
The 4 way tuning utility overclocked it to 4.5 out of the box - stable after 24 hours and after lowering the vcore a little to 1.38 has temps of 55c under load.
The clock speeds jump around a bit and I still haven't figured out how to get the MB to boot via usb 2, but so far so good.

Clock speeds jump about due to Speedsteep and that is a good thing.

EIST was one of the reasons I got the 4930k over the 3930k however I'm struggling to get a stable 4.6 overclock with a vcore under 1.5 - considering turning it off, though I'm such a begineer at manually overclocking that I wouldn't really know what to do from there.

4.6GHz is quite some OC for that platform, heat generation is quite intense at those voltages
