So I updated my BIOS and my vBIOS with no issues. I did a clean install of Windows 7, then I installed the latest beta ATI video driver. I was still getting graphics issues, so I then wiped all the graphics drivers off my computer and tried to install them again. I'm still getting the following graphical issues on most games. Regardless of the game, I have the same out of place texture lines stretching across the landscape and flickering black pixelation.



I'm starting to think this might be an issue with the graphics card itself. Any advice? Any way for me to figure out what the problem is?
