Upgrading my graphics card

Jacov

I have a ASUS Desktop ROG CG8480 with a graphics card of GeForce GT 640 and I was thinking of changing it to GeForce GTX 760. I was wondering if my motherboard would be powerful enough to run it? And please advise whether I should change my graphics card or just stick to the same one?

Your motherboard will not be an issue.

I do not know which CPU you have in your system, if you open CPUz it will tell you.

The 760 is a good card, I would suggest that you see if the 770 is affordable as that is a far bigger step up from the 640,
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
