Hi all, just upgraded to the Hero board.

Have a question though regarding the sound setup, i have creative inspire t7900 speakers, which are fully 7.1 compliant.
I have the jacks in the correct positions in the rear of the mobo, grey/black/lime/orange

When i use the test feature in the Realtek HD Audio manager under speaker config, both front and centre and sub are all ok.
But the side speaker noise comes predominantly form the front L/R and about 50% front and rear speakers when testing the rear speakers.

Not sure if this is how it is supposed to be as it's my first time using true 7.1, i was expecting the rear speakers only to make a noise when you click on the rear speakers on the config utility.
