    Programs for testing

I've been scouring the forums for the best programs to use for stress testing, benchmarking etc etc, and I haven't found very much, any suggestions? Right now I"m using Real Temp 360 with Prime 95, and Core Temp 1.0 for the fact that it reads to a desktop gadget.

What are the best tools that I will need?

Markedone has a good point as folding can stress both the CPU and GPU when you use both clients. Beyond that LinX is decent for CPU, Furmark and other benchmarking tools like those from Futuremark do a decent job of taxing the GPU.

    +1^

I've had 20 pass LinX stable machines throwing errors when I started folding.

A rig has to be damn stable to fold with.

FurMark does a damn good job of getting your GPU hot as hell. Be warned tho, you can damage your card using it. I use it to test cooling. Prime 95 seems popular for a CPU stress test. Otherwise i'd say to put 3dMark on a loop
