Trouble reinstalling Windows 7 without disc

so i decided to make a clean install of windows 7, from a usb but when trying to make the usb bootable i get up to running Bootsect.exe /nt60 K: and i get an error message saying "This tool can only be run on systems booted using a PC/AT bios. This system was booted using EFI or some other firmware type"

Me not being very technically inclined means i have no idea what this means or what i can do to fix it, any help?

Clean Install is covered in this thread
Your system came originally set up UEFI GPT, your WIN 7 SP1 ISO needs to be set up for 64 bit Boot. Yes SP1 is required.
Use Rufus to create your UEFI Install USB thumb drive. All this is covered in the linked thread.
you must have formatted your hard drive NTFS? or your not using a win7 SP1 ISO or disk?
