raidr wont appear in ROG Firmware Updater

trying to update the firmware on the raidr ssd and it wont detect in the ROG Firmware Updater tool any ideas?

Have you followed the guide?

Go into the Marvell controller while the raider is on legacy mode und delete the raid 0. then reboot. now the 2 drives should be recognized. but that doenst work if the raidr is the sysemdrive because you will lose any data.
