I wouldn't read into it until you've seen reviews with more recent hardware, vetted drivers and retail cards. It's just a 3DMark - what about real games too?

The result is from the Extreme preset not Firestrike normal . This is a mildly OCd Titan result http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/759764

But you should be able to see that the physics score in that 290X run is low so CPU not OCd takes away from score...if that's a stock run then it's a good card 780 like to be sure....and apparently 3DMark is not a good game performance indicator.....

I got a peek at one review today and my supprise wasn't it's performance with Major Upgrade to the Bus 384 vs 512 but in the PRICING! they cut more that half off! and one review I looked at showed $399 for them! That's what I've been waiting for because I couldn't see paying over $800 USD for any Video Card...EVER! and I still think that $300 for a card is Outrageous!

I agree 800 to 1000 for any card is way out of line I want to see this card perform well, I'm starting a new build soon & would love to have a couple of these cards in my rig.

That 512-bit bus is what is impressing me. I have a 128-bit bus in my laptop, and I thought that was good...apparently not...always improving...
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!
