Stuttering?

My 7970 Matrix Platinum has microstuttering issues in games but only when I have GPU Tweak running. As soon as I turn it off, it stops stuttering. Is there a fix for this?

are you also stopping the windows service ASGT or only the app ?
Mine is also stuttering but I think its GPU Tweak independent ...
