They are doing it because it has to be timed with the release of BF4, which is retarded because those who won't get the game bundled with a 290x will probably get via code redemption from AMD's Never Settle Forever bundle anyway....pain's in the rear 😕

Actually they are doing it because of drivers not being 100% ready.
