I am having a problem with my razer kraken pro headsets, which is every time I try to use the keyboard shortcut for turning up/down the volume it dosent work. Can anyone help me with this?

only this headsets have this problem? could you try other one? are you install driver?

I dont have another pair of headsets and the drivers are up to date.
