Hello fellas!

So, I just got my new Asus vulcan anc on summer.
I has been working very well but now there has been a very big problem.
I can only hear with my right ear. So only the right part of the headset is working.
I think that the problem is in the wire... I tried other wire and it worked very well.
And with my ROG wire it doesnt. Is there any way for fixing this without paying for it?
If there is not where can I fix this? (In Switserland)
