Replace bad fan in G74S

One of my fans barely spins and when it does it makes a horrible grinding noise. I am basically running with only one fan, which pushes my CPU temps up and when I put any serious load on the machine, raises the temps close to Tj.Max and throttles down the processor. Has anyone successfully replaced one of these fans before?

Edit: It's a G74S...

i think you are able to find in e-store, i am not sure asus e-store have or not, but you can search from google, also you can sent to service center to replace.
