    When cold - No boot - Z87 Sabertooth, Matrix-P-GhZ 7970

    So it goes like this - I build 2 identical systems, I7 4770's Z87 Sabertooths, and Matrix-7970's.

One system - let's call it "Thing1" works flawlessly, even tho I do not shut these systems off much, it's fine no matter what state it's in when I request a power up event.

the other, we should naturally call it "Thing2" is fine until you let it cool down all the way, say overnight, then when you attempt to stat it, it will post and then one long and 3 short bios beeps, and no display. the VGA light stays on on the mobo, but the card powers up and the "Matrix" display turns blue like normal operations, no display. The machine will boot into windows 7 and if you let it sit there for say 5 to 7 mins, then bump the power button it will shutdown, and you can then power it back up with success, video working.

Motherboard or Video card? - It's temp related for sure this is almost 2 weeks of situational testing to isolate the conditions for success and failure.
