You can change it to 100Hz easily. Go to Nvidia control panel/Display/Change Resolution, click on "Customize", set refresh to 100Hz, click apply, screen will blink couple of times, accept changes - you set. Makes all the difference in the world when gaming. And NO - it won't damage your screen, new screens support 100Hz, even Asus support said that it's fine.
