have you bought enny of the parts that you have listed?
if not, for the loop you need a pump, reservoar, CPU block ( processor ), GPU blocks ( video cards ), tubing, fittings, fan controller ( to controll the fans ( drop the corsair link ) )
run 1 and 1 rad on each fan channel ( as long as it dont go over 1A per channel ), and Y splitters to connect 2 and 2 fans ( one on each side of the rads ) and then all 6/8 fans. ( if you understand ).

Thanks for the quick answer. I really appreciate the fan controller link, but regarding the watercooling I don't really know if I shall do it.

Some people say that it is to much expensive, that's why I add the CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Extreme Performance 240mm just in order to cool off the CPU a little, even thought I was thinking on doing an Overclock to 4.2 ~ 4.5Ghz to it.

I haven't bought any gear yet, since I wanted to make sure first that everything I buy is going make sense.

And regarding the 26 Fans and 3~4 Radiator's I planned to use, do you think it is possible with the 7 Fan Splitters and the Phobya TPC 30W - 4 Channel?

What else do I need in my list for the computer to become stable or in order for everything to work along? I'm just thinking in spending 5.000€ max on my build, that's why I am a little limited to the gear I choosed.

go down on the motherboard, the extreme is mainly used for hardcore OC'ers.
try the hero or formula witch is more aimed for gamers.
if your only gona use it for gaming, mabye look at the i5 ( the i7 is hyper treading )
try a PSU in the 1200W range and see what you can save and what you like.
corsair have good PSU's.
right now just 1 780TI is more then enough, i have 2x 780's and i only run one of them on ultra on bf4 whit no problem.
i have 1 fan controller and have 5 fans on the controller ( 2 on one chann and 3 on another chan ) and 4 on the pump ( yes i have that option on my pump ).
well if you want to go whit the h100 then do so and mabye do the custom water down the road, becouse custom = expensive + void waranty if enny part get damaged ( shorted out ).
no need to do custom + H100 in a setup witch is a waste of money.

Personally wait on water cooling for awhile. Also I recommend you get a G-Sync enabled monitor which should be coming out soon. Also If you only have a 60Hz monitor you won't be able to see the 120+ fps you'll be getting with the dual 780Tis.

I recommend this for now and get your fans and fan splitter.

Often its not the best solution to be 110% brand loyal, i think you can replace some of this HW, with others with the same pricetag, and higher quality..

if i look at you hardware list, it looks to me like it is of greater importance to keep the brands "uniform", than actually build it with a higher aim for functionality and performance..

I am not saying you should mix different rads and stuff, just my point of view when i saw your list,
