Asus X79 Deluxe Question

HI have the new X79 board from Asus, along with 4960X and 32 gigs of 2600 DDR3 memory. For some reason, when I set the motherboard to accept the XMP memory, when running Windows 8.1, when the CPU throttles down, the voltage doesn't follow suit.

I've tried resetting and checking all my settings, but I can't seem to get it to work. Also, computer won't go to sleep on it's own, and I have it set to do that after 20 minutes. When I force it into sleep mode, it does but wakes up on it's own after a couple of minutes.

Hope someone can help me out here.

Thanks

Emmett

Yes, that's correct. Memory is working fine, computer is working great. It's just not throttling down voltage when power saving kicks in. My multiplier will kick down to 12x yet the voltage stays at 1.44
