Does force setting nVidia Geforce Drivers actualy affects games? Whats the best setti

OK I have set my driver settings to High Performance instead of Quality...

Forced everything OFF like V-Sync, AA Filter except for Optimized Filters and Triple Buffering...

Now on a game like Crysis 2 where there are no Option for AA Filter...Does the force setting actualy takes Effect?

On that note what is the best setting to get max performance?

Sometimes it does work, sometimes it does not. I know GeForce.com has pages for optimizing games, and you can check their site for info like that in their guides.
