not sure what information is needed
Problem: 4 out of 8 usb port are dead suddenly
noticed some people have the same problem, any experienced user can help me? thanks

I had this issue once when I had my MEIV but I forgot how I fixed it because I tried several different things. The problem happened after removing a USB device from one of the ports. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers?

Mate all I can suggest is using a fat formatted usb stick and reflash your bios or update your bios.

Alternatively RMA your board.
