i want to build a cheap but fast digital art rig. i been doing it since high school on paper and decided i want to start my web comic finally. im even going to get a Wacom Cintiq 24HD Touch ($3699.99 Art Tool) that's a big chunk of the 5k i want to stay under. since i never built a digital art pc can anyone make recommendations for me? the Wacom Cintiq 24HD Touch will probably cost the most i think.

on a side note i like to play wow so doing that as a side function would be nice
