Overclocking with Asus Rog Matrix HD 7970 Ghz edition on my current computer

Hello everyone

I'm looking to overclock my GPU or any other which might be nessasary. These are my computer specs.

Motherboard: Asrock Z77 Pro 4
RAM: Kingston 4+4GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570k @ 3.40Ghz
GPU: Asus Rog Matrix HD 7970 Ghz editon
Power Supply: Chieftec CTG-650C 650W PSU 85+,230V

Right now i am running battlefield 4 with Ultra settings on 30-60FPS Thereabouts. So is it possible to crank it up a bit(safely) for like 40-80FPS ? I have the Asus GPU TWEAK program which came along with the GPU, and i am running on default settings,
which is.

GPU Clock(Mhz): 1050
Memory Clock(Mhz): 6000
Fan1 Speed(%): 10
Fan2 Speed(%): 10

PS: I am also thinking about using 2nd screen to play along with. Would my current specs be up for it ?
PS2: I am operating with Windows 7 64 bit.

You will not get 30% increase in fps with overclocking GPU. But ofcourse you can overclock if you want to, but get a better PSU, something like 750W or 850W. You can easily overclock your CPU (to around 4.5Ghz) and GPU, afterall Matrix was made for overclocking, running it stock is kind a "missing the point", and if nothing else, you payed extra for all those overclocking features - use them.
In the end you will have few fps more, expect around 10% gain if you manage to oveclock GPU over 1200 Mhz.

P.S. Memory of 7970 Matrix is running at 6600 Mhz (not 6000).
