Random screen close and open!!!

Hi,

I've recently started experiencing some issues with my G75VX. At random times my screen goes black and then opens again and this happens for about 10 seconds and it seems to somewhat get fixed when i remove the HDMI TV that i have plugged in. Has anyone encountered this issue and is there a known fix or has something malfunctioned in my laptop?
Normally i'm a wizz with computers but i won't throw my face in the laptop while it's under warranty.
Any help would be appreciated...

Cheers,
H

I think it's the latest Nvidia drivers that are doing it.

Mine goes black for 5 seconds then Resumes, and happens again after some time.
So it can get a bit frantic while heli flying in BF4 x)

And I get Nvidia display driver crashes often now.
After the latest NVidia 331.65 WHQL

Hopefuly they'll fix it with new drivers

Or I'll have my excuse to get a new beefier laptop 😛 if the GPU is broken x)

Hello,

I have installed the nvidia version yes, unfortunately i cannot install the one from the website because it's AGES old 311.00 and it seems that ASUS shows no interest in pleasing G75 buyers or provide updates for it's drivers!
