    Hi there!

Old ASUS user, pretty new to the forums. I've downloaded the 1002 version of the BIOS a while ago, but haven't actually flashed to it, yet. Makes me kind of glad I didn't since it suddenly disappeared from the list and thought perhaps there's a major issue with it.

Would appreciate it a lot if one of ASUS RoG representatives come in and explain to us why.

Hey Inborn.... Same here... ASUS has been the only boards i use when building systems over the years. Always rock solid! I did flash it to the 1002 version and haven't had an issues so far. I wish Raja or someone would chime in here and explain what happened and if i should go back to the current 0804 or just stay on the 1002 version.

Yeah, i figured he would have that disabled for the most part.. as everyone would just pm him instead of use the forums. Maybe he will bless us with his presence.

I'm currently on 1002 bios running my 4770K at 4.6ghz with 1.27v stable. Memory is at XMP 1600 profile. Bios seems stable so far.

Wow, that's an awesome overclock you got there. My chip doesn't seem to like going above 4.3Ghz, but I guess I'm alright.

Same here, mcurtis. Been using nothing but ASUS over the few years and haven't had a single issue with their stuff. And yeah I'm pretty sure someone from ASUS will come eventually and explain to us what's going on.

C'mon ASUS tell us why you removed the two bios from the site? I'm currently on 1002, but I'd like to know whats going on under the hood. Why is no mod active in this thread while they are all around the othes. Do I have to flash back? What was the reason to remove them in the first place? And also some proper changelogs for the bios would help alot since "improves stability" doesn't yield much information, does it.

I think a lot of us are in the same boat. We just need some clarification from Asus whether or not we need to roll back to 0804 or if we can stay on the 0903 or 1002 version. Show us all some love here.
