Orion Pro Right Earcup Problem

almost a year after I bought them, suddenly I can't hear anything through the right earcup.As the right earcup doesn't have a cable,does it have a battery or something? When I turned the headset in a direction or moved the cable,it worked, but now it doesn't work no matter what I do.Any help would be appreciated!

I have the same problem with the left earcup, and this is my second orion pro because the last one was sent to warranty because the ****ing same problem

Sounds like a bad connection/damaged cable. The right earcup cable is embedded via the main cable to the headset, it's just passed over via the headband which is why you can't "see it".
