1.1xx volt possible with Offset or Adaptive mode?

i am wondering if there is a way to see 1.1xx volt while using offset or adaptive mode bcs everytime i use that and just do a little voltage in Aida64 4.00 and CPU-Z 1.67.1 x64 jumps up to over 1.2xx and don't come down and i know i can bench at 4ghz at around 1.12x if not lower so why does the board push so much voltage in to my i5-4670k when it don't need it?

I would suggest it is because you have your LLC set to auto or very high. Try dropping your LLC.

You can use - offset to drop your voltages no problems doing that.
