If you don't have bent CPU socket pins then it's either CPU or motherboard that is dead. Worst case scenario is both. I'm afraid Arne's translation of the 00 code is accurate.
Also since you got this after a year of normal operation, the PSU should be checked with an oscilloscope as well in case it started leaking AC because if it did it will also damage any replacements.

So I had drained the Sys last weekend and took out the GPU's last night, but i hadn't found time to continue until just now. Just before I was about to disassemble the MOBO I started it up once more just to have a look (without the GPU's and RAM), still with the CPU on though and now the debug code LED's don't even light up. Are they supposed to display something at all times or is my Problem resolved?
@ Nodens
About the AC leaking, I don't really get what you mean by that? I hope you mean leaking ac as in the PSU not being at it's 100% performance level then I could still check that. If you might mean in some form of Liquid as in Acid then no my PSU lies in the bottom of the case below everything else... but I'm guessing you ment the first.Last edited by T1MEHUNT; 03-04-2014 at 06:37 PM.

They should always show something. Check very carefully to see nothing is shorting out the board front or back and maybe take the MB out onto it's box for a minimal install..like one stick of RAM one GPU and the CPU...
Are you sure your PSU is reliable and powering the board OK?Last edited by Arne Saknussemm; 03-04-2014 at 07:18 PM.

I mean neither. The PSU is supposed to take AC voltage input and output DC voltage. Sometimes PSUs are bad or go bad and they leak AC voltage on the wires that are supposed to carry DC voltage. When this happens it will fry a motherboard and possibly other components as well. This can only be checked with an oscilloscope. There is no other way. So if the CPU and/or board are actually dead you should have the PSU professionally tested because you risk frying the replacements as well.

Ok, thanks for that, I'll see where i might be able to have it checked.
So I've tested the board outside the case and still don't get any debug LED's, guess I'll just go ahead and RMA it. I just won't be able to test the CPU until then... None of my Friends have any X79 Boards or 2011 Sockets. But I'll see that I can test the PSU until then.

So I got a little Problem!
I got all Accessories together, disassembled the Waterblock and mounted the Stock Cooler back on the Board - problem is, I'm missing 2 Screws... I really pay attention to saving all the little things like Screws and such but I've looked everywhere and I just can't find these 2!
I'm afraid of sending in the Board in without them, does anyone have any spear ones they might be able to send me or some idea where i might get them? I've already registered as RMA and got a RMA Number and I've got like 7 Days left.
Shouldn't Matter though I guess, I'd just have to start all over.
Here are some pics of the Screws I'm missing, they're 2 different kinds: The one with the Spring and the Washer should be where I marked the pic with an A the other one at B.

Have you looked everywhere.... twice. Many will keep these even if they have waterblocks...for obvious reasons...
However the failure if there is one will not be related to missing htese so the R<MA should still be possible....

Mate, check ur PSU, i was having a similar problem, tried everything without luck until i change the PSU. for some reason 2 working and in perfect shape PSU (mine and one from a friend), give this problem. Im now using a CM 850w 80Plus Silver Silent Pro M2 without any problem. The other 2 PSU are working like a charm but for some reason they dont work with my hardware.
Good Luck.
