Hey peeps.

I recently purchased Bluetooth headphones. They working great and everything with only one exception. When I connect headphones to my G75vx My internet connection becomes worse. By worse I mean I can not play anything my ping gets from 15 to about 500. That does not happen every time, more or less once every 7 times or so. So I have to reboot my PC and reconnect Bluetooth.

Tried installing new driver from official Asus website but driver wont update. Tried deleting driver and installing, but it installs not latest version.

Anyone know what can be an issue? 😞

you bluetooth is bundle in laptop? if yes, maybe it is bluetooth and wifi combo card, if yes, it maybe will share channel.
you can try add other bluetooth card or wifi card.

how can I check if they bundle?
I have G75vx laptop.

please check derice manager or sticker on the laptop or box.
for spec table on the support site as below:
Integrated 802.11 b/g/n or 802.11ac
