12+ case fans

I'm going to a 900d, i'm looking to get 8 fans for 2 radiators, and replace the stock ones, what is the best way to connect all these fans? The Corsair link commander is £50 and controls 5 fans, surely there must be a cheaper way?

Thanks,

Paul

I would use the 4 pin Molex connectors and expanders.

If they're PWM fans, the Swiftech splitter is a good solution:

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/20988/ele-1196/Swiftech_8-Way_PWM_Cable_Splitter_-_SATA_Power_8W-P...

If they're not PWM, either buy PWM fans or wait a few months for Phanteks to release their PWM fan hub/splitter.

Then connect each hub/splitter to either a pwm header on your motherboard or a channel on a rheobus fan controller (pay attention to how much voltage each channel can push)
