I saw a nice increase in GPU usage & FPS in BF4 just switching from a 3770K to the 4770K.
As Hiz mentioned, Haswell is very efficient, especially in multi-threaded apps & games on Win 8.1.
Your twin 780's will shine nicely with your 4770K@ 4.5Ghz.

I also have a 144MHz monitor, you may want to cap your FPS at 150 max when you get that 2nd 780.

    Good luck and enjoy!

And you would see an even bigger increase if you switched out your Mobo for a Crosshair V Formula Z, and got an FX-8350 or an FX-9370.

That is nice to hear NemesisChild! Thanks mate!

Yes i will cap the FPS at 150 / 144 once i got the card, aswell im curios how much multisampling i can activate without fps lag on all the maps, currently with i have everything on ultra and 115% supersampling activated without lag.

I still need some more light shed, if i should run both card at the same clock speeds for gpu clock and mem clock. If the faster one adapts automatically to the slower one or if i can run both at different speeds without problems.

    Cheers

Most certainly not, AMD is no where close to the current Intel performance levels.

Installation went good and i dropped right into BF4 with everything on ultra and 160% supersampling!

I think I have microstutter... looking right to left i feel it jitters, sometimes when i move too

Strange is that EVGA Precision shows GPU CLOCK GPU 1: 1124MHz, GPU CLOCK GPU2: 1150MHz. But both cards are linked and have the same OC!

Anyone knows how to fix this?

    Cheers

Well it actually did not jitter or stutter while moving the camera or moving before i installed a second 780.

EDIT: Switched back to the non beta driver, at 160% supersampling now no jitter or stuter as it seems!

    Still 2 questions left...

1: Strange is that EVGA Precision shows GPU CLOCK GPU 1: 1124MHz, GPU CLOCK GPU2: 1150MHz. But both cards are linked and have the same OC!

EDIT: After a reebot and now in BF4 both GPU CLOCK's are at 575 but i didn't change the OC? Is this because of SLi? Getting confused right now!

2: There is still a question on my mind, i've read that in sli mode it is good to have the 2 GPUS at the same speeds (mem clock, gpu clock) because the
faster one will adapt to the slower one so they run the same speeds.

For example card 1: +100mhz gpu clock, 300mhz mem clock
card 2: +75mhz gpu clock, +250mhz mem clock.

card 1 then automatically adapts to card 2 and clocks down to +75mhz gpu clock and +250mhz mem clock.

Is this still present, and true?

Arne stated though that different clock and mem speed isn't a problem. I just want to confirm.

Had some short BF4 fun yesterday, but could not really test the system.

    Temp GPU1: Max 79°, temp GPU2: Max 59°

Guess those temps are alright? I might do a even more agressive fan profile for the first one!

The above mentioned questions still are on my mind and i would love if someone could shed some light .

    Cheers

do you by enny chance have 2 monitors??
if its possible can you run a demanding bench mark and have 2 gpuz open?
    one for each card.
im not shure if it was msi afterburner or not. but i did do a benchtest and there was mhz and temp on both cards in it.
i dont remember wat it was just guessing.
