[SOLVED] Gryphon Z87, Fans/LEDS stays on after shutdown, but not indefinitely

I built a computer like 3 weeks ago, specifically this one:

Everything works pretty good! But there's something that bothers me. I'm using Windows 8.1, and when I turn the computer off (using the charms bar menu) the computers seems to shutdown, but all the case/CPU fans and the case LEDS stays on for like 1 more minute before the computer shutdowns completely. Is this normal? I tried:

1. Clearing the CMOS
2. Disconnected the power supply from the wall to let the MOBO discharge.

But the problem still persists.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that this happens most of the time, but not always. Sometimes the computer shutdowns just fine.

Problem solved!
Well not really solved, there wasn't a problem in the first place, so I wanna say sorry, this was a kinda useless thread. Anyway, this thread can help someone else with the same concern. Which was the problem? The "Fan Overtime" option in the UEFI BIOS settings, it was set to 1 minute (the time that the computer stays on after shutdown) after disabling it, the "problem" went away.
