Hi,
I'm having Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard,Cooler Master Thunder 500W 500 Watts PSU,Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) RAM (CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9),
AMD 3.6 GHz AM3+ FX4100 Processor and I'm planning to Buy Asus GTX 650 1GB ...so will it work fine with my pc? Really need your suggestions.

And would I be able to play latest games?
If no than what games can I run on this system specs.

depends on the games.
a game like bf4 for ex. a 670/680 is recomended for medium to high settings.

It will work just fine on your system. All graphic cards are compatible with all modern motherboards that have the same PCie lanes.

Okay thank you , by the way ...as battlefield 4 is the latest game right now, so will it run smoothly on it with full graphics? Actually I got my budget till 20k INR so I want to buy the best card under this range.

that card will not run it good.
look for a card around 670/680 or 760/770 ( nvidia ) or look at AMD 270/280 series.
see if those are in your price range.

If you budget can afford it, a 7 series graphic card, or a 280 AMD card would be my choice.

it depends on how poorly they port it from console to pc

the new cards is cheaper then the 7xxx series are. take a look at the prices and compare them.
and 7970 down and 280/280x and down is rebranded 7xxx series card to new ( just smacked on a new cooler and a bit tweaked ) cards.
