lack of bios settings

I'm looking to change some bios settings, mostly video related and noticed there's really no settings available in the bios. Is there a way to access settings like agp aperture size etc.

Also, is there any way to set the BIOS to display POST data rather than just the Asus splash screen? For whatever reason the only option I could find was to change between animated and non-animated splash screen, which is just spectacularly unhelpful.
