4700hq has slightly better benches in the g750jw, but the 765m in the g750 is slower and has less shaders than the 670mx in the g75. also, i know there is a difference in the vbios, but if you're not planning on changing it for a voltmod then this doesnt apply to you. those are the main reasons that I would ever think matter as far as gaming matters.
