Crosshair v Formula-z quick question

I have 2 R7-260X in CrossFireX on the Crosshair v Formula-z board. Do I need to power up the additional 4 pin E_Z plug on the left middle side of the board since I have 2 GPU's, or will the 6 pin connectors from PSU to the GPU's be enough? Power supply is Seasonic 860w Platinum.

Personally, I think if you have the connector [and you should] on your PSU it should
be plugging in anyway. If the 'system' needs it, it has a source.
She must feed.

Sorry, I must have hit the button twice without noticing... I did not mean to post it twice.

For those two cards it is not mission critical to not have that additional connector fitted for the PCIe lanes. However if you are talking about the EPS connector near to the CPU and the very side of the board, close to the 8pin then yes you do.

Yeah the forum is a bit buggy I guess it must have posted twice. No worries and Merry Christmas 🙂
