    See, thing is that even with a monster air cooler, clocking up an entire GHz is going to be a pretty high temp increase. He could just turbo boost the FX-9590 up to 5.0GHz and he'd be fine. It isn't just higher clocked either. Larger cache.

    if i do go with the 9590 i will yous water cooling but i am not a fan of the all in one coolers so i would put together my own but what is a good place to get water cooling parts

    XSPC and EKWB are two great places to find custom components. But I would strongly recommend a closed loop cooler, because they are incredibly easy to set up, and are also much cheaper.

    depends where you are from, US - try frozen as nate suggested.
