If you are going to SLI, I would recommend you to get a PSU that has a single 12+ volt rail. The PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 1200w would be a good choice.

Seasonic Platinum-1000 is my choice. 80+ Platinum certification, and a lot of wattage. Considering that you're at dual SLI, the 860 would be enough but get the 1000 just to be sure.

Why is SLI appearing twice -_-.

I agree with nate. Go with a single 12 + volt rail. I use pc power & cooling too.

Other things to consider:
In addition to the normal 24 pin eatx pwr, the RIVE also needs a 4 pin eatx 12v plug and a 8 pin eatx 12v plug. (another 12v plug if running quad sli)
if your running sli you will need x4 six pin pwr connectors for the x2 video cards.

plug in cable management on psu's aren't worth it.

Look for a psu with a good warranty, or purchase it from new egg incase you have problems with it. I've gone through many power supplies in my day.

If you are going to run only one card I would say 1000W is good to go. For running two and OCing everything I would go with Chino's suggestion...the Seasonic 1250. the PSU is the heart of the system...you want the best one you can get for that setup.

Seaonic is a very reputable high quality brand. The reason I prefer PC Power and Cooling is they test each unit before it goes out the door and give each PSU their own test sheet to show exactly how it performed in the test. Show me any other PSU manufacturer that does that. Plus, PC Power and Cooling PSU's come with a 7 year warranty.

other brands got units that are build by Seasonic, and got a high quality as well, to a lower price many times..

1000w is enough, but if you planning on some 3d mark overclocking, 1000w wont take you very far

Take a look at some of the XFX units

XFX
Corsair AX
Seasonic

those are bloody fine PSU's, and i dont think you will be let down by any of them..

Check so you got a shop that can back up the PSU warranty ()if you should need to RMA), where you live at.. Better being a smart ass than a fool sometimes
