According to the screen my motherboard has sent me to 3 times now, my build has been resetting due to 'power surges'. I am fairly certain it is not an actual power surge. Also I have removed my bus strip/surge protector from the equation and still the problem persists. At the bottom of the screen that comes up, that says the surge protector reset the computer, it says I have a faulty/corrupted power supply (I forget the exact wording). I feel the problem might not be my power supply because the resets never happen under load, but when I'm simply online doing basic browsing and such.

My system Specs are:

MOBO: Maximus VI Hero
PSU: Corsair HX650
CPU: 4770k (@ 4.0GHz) (Stock cooler, new thermal paste)
GPU: Sapphire R9 290 BF4 edition (stock cooler, new thermal paste)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2x4gb) (XMP 1600MHz Cas latency 7)
Boot Drive: Samsung 840 Evo
Storage: WD black 1tb
OS: Windows 7 64-bit home OEM

Do you guys think it looks more like a psu or mobo issue?
