Well in a drunken stupor I messed up. I tried to switch my HDD over to a SSD and in the process I messed up some of the screws and housing for the hard drives. Any easy way to fix or replace them? Would some stores have replacement? Or would I need to send it in? Any help ia greatly appreciated.

Hi, any chance of a photo?
this laptop is not exactly a carry around one and is most likely to stay in one place on a desktop.
if you can only get 1 screw in i am sure it will not move.
otherwise if its really messed up, maybe you could put some foam/rubber packing and some tape around the harddrive to stop it moving.
( "in a drunken stupor", at least you have a good excuse 😉 )

Well, I just confirmed it. I need to order some new caddys and new screws. Such a shame to do this to such a great machine.
