Will there Asus make a 24" version of the ROG Swift monitor?

For preference reasons of course. Plus you'd be able to get 144Hz on it since there'd be enough bandwidth since it'd be 1080p.

Quite possibly we'll make a G-Sync/24", although nothing confirmed until we have something concrete to announce.

I sure hope so, cos 900 - 1000 AUD is way out of the question for a monitor for me, no matter how awesome it is and how damn sexy it is...small bezels included!!

I still want to know why people will buy Gsync monitors if AMD has demonstrated the Freesync technique.

Freesync isn't hardware you know. Displays that support VBLANK already have everything they need. All that you need to do is get drivers that support VBLANK, and you have G-Sync without the hassle of a near 1000USD Monitor. And any refresh rate that you want, and any resolution. G-Sync is just Nvidia milking people for money.

There is a visible difference for most people going from 60Hz to 120Hz. From 120Hz to 144Hz, I dont think there's anything we can pick up with the naked eye personally.
