ROG exchange stops working

Hi all, new to rog forums and trying to use exchange. Trouble is when i go into ai suite and try to open rog exchange. i log in and pop up appears with the message " rog exchange has stopped working". Tried the obvious like downloading it again, but no luck. Maximus formula v with latest bios. Help plz!

Same problem here. Then shows that my log in info is wrong, but I know it's right. Can log in online to post this!
